Cheapest place to find XP?

Where is the cheapest place to find Windows XP? I'm building my own little sff pc and getting close to the end. It's sad that this is the most expensive component that I have to spend on it though. So far I found XP Home OEM on newegg for $92 (if you include the shipping fee). Can anyone suggest a cheaper place?

If you go to a college, then check your bookstore. If not, OEM is the cheapest.

You could get an upgrade version if you have a 98, 98SE or ME disk.

Boomerang, you are talking not just the disk but the COA, correct? IIRC the disk is checked but legally you must also have the COA. Unless being legal isn't a concern.

microsoft employee store--i remember it being $10, though you need to know a microsoft employee to use their discount.
