Just looking at it you know it'll suck...all those fins at the top and sides are almost totally useless, there's not much metal to conduct any heat to them.

I mounted this for my friend and it cools as much as the goldorb. So what's wrong with this one?

That cooler is worse than a Golden Orb.

It would work fine for a Celeron 366 at 550!

75% of the thing is doing nothing for cooling. I mean what good are all those fins doing if they arent anyware near the cpu.. Someone had too much time on there hands when they made that..
