its a ongoing issue with him the past 2 years and not the first time. plus he admitted to it after my wife told him I saw his dog take a shit by saying "well its not your property"... meaning the 4 feet of gravel between my driveway and the road.

I let my dog shit on the street, neighbor's yards (within the first few feet since its owned by the city anyway), or any renter's yard. i don't carry a bag because its a tiny dog and makes tiny shits. I primarily walk him through section 8 housing areas so his shit is normally nicer than the surroundings.
