That's exactly what appeared on my card too! Some Reb-systema crap charged me ~$30 three times in three days! Man I feel like encyclopedia brown right about it. It's all starting to fit together. lol.

Keep in mind if you have a debit card that's a credit card it is not offered the same protections. The visa bank card is the best as far as protection goes, but you are only protected by it if you report the fraud within 24 hours...this is likely impossible.

Get a secured credit card at least if you need too. Ordering online is getting riskier everyday.

pertaining to fraud, also check your cell phones, my phone was just "cloned" like a week ago, and they placed a lot of roaming (analog for me) and international calls... but I won't have to pay for it..
anyway if you can, i would suggest you check your minutes spent everyday, and make sure they are the ones you did spend... for SprintPCS its *4 to check your minutes

According to FBI, Russian hackers related to the mafia hacked into more than 40 U.S. e-commerce sites and stole more than ONE MILLION credit cards. I wonder which companies are effected?

ahh, that's pretty bad. i didn't know there was THIS much fraud out there. guess it just helps to constantly check your cc bill to see what's up. amex is pretty good about backing you on fraud, so that's some assurance there.

thats not true. I use wells fargo http://www.wellsfargo.com and their policy is to report it "as soon as you see it."

Yeah, I feel your pain. I had someone scam my card number then try and buy 2 laptops, over $6000 total, and a cd burner. Luckly it easily exceeded my limit, but it sucked.

This is some info on the email address for you. A company called Netaddress uses the ...@usa.net for there free email service. I have used them for a long time, and they are great. It might be worth checking that angle out. They might help you by giving his IP to you. I sure wish I had the persons IP who tried to rip me off.
