Well I placed an order for all types of cheeses I can not get from my local stores. The total for my order was around $70.00. They sent me an email on Wed saying my item was shipped UPS...UPS tried to make a delivery to my house on Fri afternoon, but did not leave the package in the 100 degree heat. I could not pick up the package Fri night (UPS said truck will not be back in time) or Sat and Sun, they are closed. So I made arrangements to pick up the package of cheese (10lbs) on Monday afternoon. On my way they called me and said they made a mistake and the package is not avaiable for pickup, please come Tuesday after work....
Well yesterday I picked up the cheese and everything was melted, HOT, mussy, and smelt rancid. I had to throw it all out right away..
I then called cheesesupply.com and told them what happened...
They tell me they have no idea what to do , this never happens and they will get back to me...I understand I mail ordered cheese, but come on this is not my fault!
Anyone else ever has a problem...
I will report back if they send another order or refund my money..
Do you guys agree...I had no way of fixing this situation...
