Bleu cheese is overrated. There are some stellar ones but on average it is probably the cheese I least like.

And does anyone know how they make that stuff? It's normal cheese that is allowed to rot. Same idea as moldy bread. Did not realize that when I tried it though, and it taste exactly like that: rotten cheese.
