I LOVE black peppercorn burgers with chunks of blue cheese, bacon, tomato, and lettuce........... *drools*


EDIT: Forgot mushrooms too!

1) Cut a block of cheddar into 1/2" x 2" x 2" pieces for each burger
2) Wrap the ground beef around each piece of cheddar to create your burgers
3) Enjoy

Start at the burger -

In the burger throw in cheddar cheese, some red onion, Franks Red hot, and some garlic an black pepper.

Grill it to perfection - slow and low so that you don't cook out all of the wonderful flavor and juices.

Slap on some bacon, some jalapeno, some cheddar, and a bit of BBQ sauce...deeeeelish.

I love a good burger too.
Grilled medium (still juicy) with lots of sauteed onions and sharp cheddar with ketchup and mayo, lettuce and tomatoes
Must be on a grilled bun as well. To complete the whole meal, grilled sweet corn with melted butter and salt with a side of potato salad and a drippingly sweet wedge of watermelon!

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef

mix all together into patties

-have many strips of bacon available to wrap around patties (hold together with toothpicks to make it easier)

1.stolen from Max and Ermas- good burger,swiss cheese, bacon, and guacamole, on a toasted bun.

2. stolen from Frisch's - good burger, slice of bermuda onion, on a rye bun. no cheese.

1 lb ground beef/chuck
1 egg
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup onions
2 tsp red pepper
2 tsp tomatoes
course black pepper
course sea salt

Combine into a bowl and make two .5lb patties. Grill until medium over a charcoal fire. Serve on a toasted bun with cheddar cheese, ketchup, mayo, onions, tomato, and lettuce. Or serve on a toasted bun with muenster cheese, sweet bbq sauce, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and bacon.

When im moldin my ground beef into a burger, I throw in some BBQ sauce and plenty of garlic. Then when its done grilling i toss on some cheese and more garlic. I should stop eating red meat though.
