Why the heck is Cheney thrusting himself into the political debate now?

Why is he seeking the spotlight? Why put out a book now?

Well Fern look at it on the bright side, Cheney is his new book has all but confessed to the fact he is an international war criminal. And if the Hague ever gets a hold of Cheney's sad and sorry ass before he dies, they will have the additional evidence of a Cheney book to throw at him.

There is that old saying about career criminals, THROW THE BOOK AT HIM.

Works for me and tickles my funny bone. Sadly Cheney may not live long enough to see it happen. Live long Dick, and we may be able to say, run Dick run.

Just like I learned in my Dick and Jane reading book in the first grade. Or we may able to anticipate future day of Dick Cheney day of remorse, as ala Lady Macbeth, he looks at all the blood on his hands and says "OUT DAMN SPOT."

In MHO, Hillary Clinton lost to Obama because Hillary not only voted for the Iraq war, she too long believed in what Dick Cheney said.

And now Dick Cheney is shooting off his mouth again, and we are all well advised not to put any credibility on what ever Dick Cheney says.

Hilary not because of this but because her previous experience in the Administration - she had plenty of skeletons in closest. Fake or not they hurt, and not to mention America wanted some fresh, not someone from the God Ol' Boys Club.

it's an accomplishment, but not really indicative of his testicular fortitude (unlike, say, rolling over every time a republican says "boo")

Hillary and Obama didn't have widely different policies, but I always felt like Hillary wouldn't have folded before the GOP every time they said 'boo,' and wouldn't have allowed them to set the agenda even when they were in the minority.

Hillary has balls. Obama doesn't.
