Its looking like it is only a 9 month development time. So I'm thinking nothing on this is going to be new, just preexisting tech put together in a new way.
I'm now convinced that Value on the slide means feature phones. Intel has a big feature phone business, like Nokia's Asha line. So again, that makes me think nothing leading edge on it.
Did some quick research on the Nokia Asha.

Apparently the 311 is the flagship of the Asha Full Touch Family.

256 MB ROM
up to 32 GB microSDHC
Screen resolution: 400 x 240
Rear Camera: 3.2 MP (CMOS sensor) EDoF
Connectivity:
WLAN IEEE 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz)
Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR
micro-USB 2.0
USB On-the-Go 1.3
3.5 mm AV connector (audio in/out)
SIM card
FM receiver with RDS
Compatible Networks:
GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
GPRS/EDGE class B, multislot class 33
UMTS 850 / 900 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100
HSDPA Cat10, 14.4 Mbps
HSUPA Cat6 5.7 Mbps
So the CPU and RAM is pretty weak in these.
It will be interesting to see how much Intel can boost these with hardware. Definitely a Silvermont atom core would be a massive improvement over ARM11. I just wonder how much RAM will be boosted and if eMMC will be included in a SoFIA equipped device.
