I worked for Chic-fil-A for a couple of years in HS.
I ate a shift meal 5 days a week and never got tired of it.
They use a pressure cooker
Chicken is high quality
Peanut oil only, changed frequently
Seasonings in the flour
Milk bath has egg too.
They used to make almost all their food in house on location. Lemon pies, ice cream, lemonade, chicken salad... all got made from scratch. I don't think they do that anymore since it took a lot of time.
Anyways, I still jones for a chic-fil-A, but the nearest one is 2 hours away...
