My mother used to smash them with a mallet and then use bread crumb. It tended to come out pertty good; I'm too lazy to do this myself though : p

1. george foreman grill.

3. profit.

i think 2 is 'chicken is retarded easy to cook' but am not sure. it's hard as fuck to overcook unless you cook it in front of the sun...and you'll know for sure if it's under by some specific symptoms...like it being pink it the middle, or people dying after eating it.

My foreman grill used to destroy chicken, it would burn where the grill touches the chicken and barely cook the spots in between. I would end up with a piece of chicken that has rock hard black lines on it, yet wasn't fully cooked inside.

odd. mine is old, but not the original model. has the little temp slider on the top, which always stays like 4/5 of the way up. cooks burgers, boneless chicken, ect in maybe five minutes without burning. even if you leave the chicken on for like ten, it's just gonna be a little dry on the outside- you have to really murder it to loose the juices in the middle. still won't turn black, though.

I can't find an image of mine, but it sorta looks like this, but with a temp slider:

Mine is more round though, it's really really old. I wonder if the plates are worn out and that is why it's burning. I also might be putting the temp in the wrong spot, I usually have it all of the way up, although I have tried it at multiple positions.

I couldn't stand cleaning the foreman (non removable plates) so I went out and bought a hamilton beach that works a lot better.

Thank you for your meaningful contribution. Obviously, you're not skilled or passionate about cooking, so maybe this isn't the right thread for you.

There are lots of simple and easy ways to get started with cooking, however, if you're interested in it. Are you familiar with Alton Brown?

You give food a bad name

I get irritated when people who've never bothered to learn to feed themselves, suddenly want to 1. eat healthy (whatever the fuck that means) 2. They want it tasty but, the only thing they have for comparison is Chick Fil A 3. This one is my favorite, they want it easy. Screw them and the plastic fantastic world they grew up in. Call me if you really want to learn.
