Chieftec/Chenming Case, $39.99

At Case-Mod.com they have the blue and black colored Chieftec/Chenming cases for $39.99 not including shipping. My shipping came out to $17.54 shipped to Texas for a total of $57.53. No PSU but it does come with 2 case fans. Not really that hot but it's cheaper than I've seen in awhile for this case.

I live in CA and the shipping rates were only $8 something for home delivery and $9.67 for fedex ground. Anyone know if home delivery is a good choice? I didn't know fedex had delivery service of that name?

and does anyone know if this is full or mid tower? The reviews say midtower, but the only ones I have seen in person are full tower...

You do know that *all* of these cases, no matter the brand, roll off the same line from the same plant run by the same company? There is no such thing as an imitation.

Nope. All of these cases - even the Enermax and Antec versions - are the exact same. The only difference right now is that I have yet to see an Antec aluminum version. As far as I know, Antec only sells the steel ones.

Unfortunately hot deals on cases are usually only good for those that live in the same state or so, unless you can get some place with free shipping to price match

You do know that *all* of these cases, no matter the brand, roll off the same line from the same plant run by the same company? There is no such thing as an imitation.

I used the word imitation because I recall reading those words used when describing cases that look like the same thing Antec or Chieftec makes but wasn't labeled as such, I didn't realize Antec and Chieftec didn't actually make the actual case, or that the cases would be exactly the same just without logo.

Chieftech makes all of these cases. If you take open the door on the bezel, you can even see the chieftech product number for the case. They distribute these cases to lots of different manufacturers who then add their own little perks to them and resell them. Antec and Thermaltake are two of the many who have done this.
Not bitching or anything, just letting you know the fine details

In any event, this is a great case for anyone who doesn't have too much to jam in there and I would recommend it to anyone for its ease of use.
