I read a lot of comment about the PSU in another thread. They seemed to all be positive. There was even a link to a review, i'll see if i can find it

<< My sister got one of these. The power supply slider switch was set for 230-volt rather than 115-volt. Everyone check your power supply! It also seems to have had a rough ride somewhere along the line, but it'll be all right. >>

Heh, mine had a rough ride too. The case front is busted up / off

I'm hoping they will let me replace just the case front, and not make me ship the whole thing back!

So does anyone know what the little 1 inch silver donut is for that came in the bag of screws with the Chieftec? None of my other cases cames with these so I am a little clueless as to its use.

HAHA!

If you bought this case on wednesday, it would've been only $69!

oh and the cheapest place to buy panaflo l1as is bgmicro. $3.19 each for orders under 10, $2.49 for orders over 10.

$2.75 ea. for 10 plus. I wish I would have bought more when they were $1.99 for 10+

You mean the "triangle" keylock? It allows you to add a padlock to the back of the case.

Its not a triangle, its a thick circle (think tires). I'm confused too

Sorry but I have never seen a donut in the shape of a triangle. It is a silver circle.

how is the door on these cases? I am trying to decide between the Antec SX830 or SX1030 (the chieftec equivalents: DX-01W, DX-01WD.

I wish the door swung open the other way-other than that I like the door. Its really designed more for left handed people.

The door is fine. My case is on the right side of my desk and it opens like any other door. The only flaw I found in the case design for me is that if you place a cdrom in the top slot, it is a little difficult to put cds in since the case has about an inch overhang on the top to accomadate the door. I just ended up putting my burner and dvd player in the middle 2 slots and everything was fine.

I just got the case in the mail, absolutely amazing and probably one of the best products I have bought in a long time. My only complaint? The door is not hinged but I will soon fix that =).

The door is not hinged? Then what does it swing on?

Got my case, the case is amazing I love it, I love everything about it including the drive rails. My only complaint is my damn Chain well is tits up! Hooked it all up, fans would run etc, but wouldn't post my MB. My 160watt crappy deer PS is sitting in it right now cranking away. Got an RMA from newegg almost immediately, makes me kinda scetch about the power supply.

Just got mine today as well. Great case! I did notice, however, upon inspecting it right out of the box that the voltage switch on back of the PSU was set at 230V. Had to switch it over to 115, so those of you buying these cases may want to check that out when you get 'em. Don't have all the parts yet for my new box, so I just put in old motherboard, CPU, and some memory to make sure the PSU was working properly. Everything is great so far!

zervon: check the input voltage selector on the back of the PS it may be on 230 volts, mine was and almost made the mistake of RMAing the ps. I switched it and everything fine! Someone else also mentioned this above. Good luck
