WARNING- That is NOT the same PSU as the one Mikhailtech reviewed!! It's more different than just the second fan, internally FAR different too.

I have both the "Channel Well" LABELED PSU and the Channel Well built "Turbolink" labeled PSU.. the one labeled as Channel Well is exactly like the one Mikhailtech reviewed, is pretty good (comparable to Antec) but the Turbolink is trash. The confusing part is that the label lists the same specs but they are clearly not equal in capacity, input or output filtering, or surge protection (complete lack thereof in the case of the Turbolink).

If you buy this case do yourself a favor and eBay the PSU without ever using it.

To confirm mindless1's comments, the PSU supplied is not the same as the unit reviewed by MikhailTech. I ordered this case and PSU a few months back from BuyXtreme, expecting to get the CWT. The one that I received was different and appears to be low build quality (cheap unpainted sheet metal, sharp corners, etc.). Yes, it works but it is merely an inexpensive $20 PSU, nothing more or less. In other words, the PSU is not a deal...just a cheap PSU. If you can afford another $20 or $25, purchase a decent PSU, Newegg is a good place to start.

Also, noticed that the cases has been downgraded slightly from the one I purchased. Mine has front mounted USB ports which appear to have been dropped from the current one. Regardless, still a very high quality, well constructed case. Be prepared for the weight, though. These are all steel and easily run 30-35lbs. Didn't matter to me but if you are dragging a case around to LAN parties, you may want to reconsider.

I opted not to get the PSU. I need something that can handle my OC setup. Tom's hardware has a good review on PSUs. I think I will find a Fortron on sale. I hope.

hammert1me, Directron has a huge PSU selection and good prices. Lotsa Fortrons like my $38 FSP-350 which is powering an XP1600 (Palamino) oc'd to 1800MHz on an nForce2 running at 200MHz with 2 sticks of 512 XMS, two HD's, DVD, burner, ZIP, and four case fans through a rheobus. Horrible navigating their site though.

Thanks Mindless1 and Mac. I had ordered this combo because of the excellent review the PS got only to stumble onto to this thread a few minutes later. I promptly cancelled (and am going to order the antec one with the 400watt ps for about $20 more), and now, it might be just me, but I get a bad gateway over at buyxtremegear.com.

I've got this case in blue with the window like three months ago...and like several other people i ordered it without the power supply but with the window option and the 420W PSU just came with the case!

It's now been happily running my Epox 8RDA w/ XP2100+ @ 12.5 * 166 FSB, two sticks of 256mb Kingston HyperX PC3000 CL2 ram, GeForce 4 Ti 4200 overclocked!, three WD hard drives for a total of 300GB of disk, three optical drives - CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, CDRW, SB Audigy sound card, NIC, Maxtor IDE controler card, blue cold cathode light tube, and five case fans!

no problems...runs great, cool and very stable!

Can't complain...great deal!

Site is up for me but the shipping is going to cost me $19.75, and I'm in CA. where they're located at too! I think I'll take a look at the aluminum case at Fry's for $60 (same case @ buyxtemegear.com) that started today. I don't really like the vent holes on it but I can get used to it. Why couldn't they make the grilles like the one on the black case??
