"He's my baby" is a flabby excuse for letting him eat that way. Their parenting approach is hard to swallow. Will that kid live to 60? Fat chance! My gut feeling is that he'll die young. I can hardly stomach the thought!

His parents (now) have complete control over what this kid can eat. They need to consult a nutritionist and start cutting down the amount and types of food they give him.

Does anyone else find it ironic that they referred to him as a "picky eater" at one point in the video? I don't think you get to be that massive by being a "picky eater".
Wish I could eat 8,000 calories everyday.
Also, if he can't get up and move around much, just stop giving him unhealthy foods. Give him a big plate of broccoli with no cheese. If he doesn't like it, he can go hungry (that's what my mother did).
