It is going to be based on the state/local laws governing those crimes. In MD, we have first through forth degree sexual offense crimes on the book. We also have first and second degree rape charges, perverted practice charge, and child sexual abuse. As I said each jurisdiction is going to have a different name for a charge. Some states use varying degrees of sexual battery/assault. Also if there is a conviction, there is the issue of sex offender registry. Certain charges only require registration for a few years, while other charges require lifetime registration. OP, you need to do some research of your own due varied potential charges.

Eviction isn't smooth, heres what happened, this Stevenson, a neighbor introduced his daughter and his granddaughter to my dad at their house, Stevenson asked if my dad can give his grandkid some toys, then my dad walked with the kid and her mom back to our house for the toys and some books too, this took 1 minute max, then the kid's stepdad was near our door and gave my dad a serios look, then they left.

After they left for 30 mintes, then 4 cops came over and asked alot of question, eventually they got a search warrant, they took my computer and 100 or more of my dvdrs.

Next night he was arrested, he faced False inprisonment violence, lewd act 2 children, but the judge changed it to an annoying children misdemeanor, bail also went from $75,000 to $7,500.

My father took their grandma to hospital when their car broke down. These motherfucker from apt8 backstabed my dad

Now the condo lot owner wants to evict me and my mom for my dad's charges that havn't been finalized yet, this is fucking bullshit.

Unfortunately, if it goes to court and the two kids say something happened, your dad's kinda up that creek with as many paddles. It doesn't matter how many witnesses you call to attest to your dad's character. They put child A and B on the stand and they say (or are coaxed to say by money hungry fraudulent parents) Mr.SoandSo has boundry issues, the future isn't great.

Best advice I have for you is don't try and get hints on a forum. Lawyer up now.
