My guess is the hospital either doesn't have a contact person for fundraising like this, or they've never responded to requests from Child's Play staff to do what's needed to be set up with Amazon.

You can find out for sure by going to the contact page for Child's Play and sending Kristin Lindsay an email, she's been helpful to me in the past.

You could do what I do for the matching: adopt some out of state hospitals so you don't lose a piece of your donations to sales tax.
