I have a weird issue that may just be a bad mobo.
at start up both the CPU and system therms shows a cold start up temp of 102 f.
This of course causes a problem of the machine shutting down when it allegedly reaches 158f. (not taking any chances.
Is there any way to adjust the thermostat manually to show the correct temp to avoid having to have a fan sitting on my dek to keep it cool enough?
AND, I'm having bot a PCI System management bus and PCI USB driver issue
Both are trying to reinstall after installing sound card updates and are now coming up as missing drivers. I've never seen that before. Any ideas?
