If that is the correct rendering then it seems very aesthetically boring. It looks like the generic buildings they throw together in low budget movies for a city background

Also - they are using pre-fab for this so the 90 days does not reflect the total construction time. This is more 'assembling the worlds tallest building in 90 days'

Its just to keep the real estate bubble going. Its not that hard to comprehend. It's a 220 story peice of crap, as noticed. Why were they furnishing it like it was an apartment or hotel, will they even have a use for such a building?

Instead of ghost cities, they decided to make the ghost city fit into one building. Congratulations, still a herculean misallocation of capital and REAL resources, and the worlds greatest real estate bubble probably for all of mankind honestly.

This skyscraper will most likely outlast every building around it. Boring looking? Yes. But they essentially have floor stacking down to an art.

So the Chinese are cheating like they always do. They're not taking 90 days to build a skyscraper, they're taking 90 days for final assembly. I bet if you add up all the time spent building the modules you'll come up with a much less impressive number.
