your thoughts on this.

Has been for 5000 years or something like that. Will they resume where they left off a couple hundred years ago? Hopefully not.

For thousands of years, Chinese emperors have always thought of China as the center of the universe. They look at things from the outside as inferior and barbaric. In fact about 500 years ago, during the Ming Dynasty, there was a Chinese fleet led by Zheng He, that sailed around the Atlantic, made contacts/traded with various nations, but the emperor thought those nations were inferior and didn't want anything to do with them. So he ordered the giant fleet to be dismantled and all records of the voyage destroyed. Later during the Qing Dynasty, China gave land to foreign countries.

So history proves that China was never an expansionist nation, rather it has always been a nation with a superiority complex.

looks like we gotta give it to the coummunists on this one.....and the president that has added more hatred towards US in the middle east more than any other president in history is: George W. Bush.

What say? "Unrestricted War: China?s Master Plan to Destroy America is a treatise for world domination written in 1999 by People?s Liberation Army Colonels Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui. In order for China to become a dominant global power over the United States, the PLA emphasizes ?The Final War over Resources?, must be won."

When are you libs going to quit trying to blame the one President who actually has the courage to put up a fight for all the worlds woes?

I can see somewhere like shanghai.

Hong Kong is actually democratic and barely part of China. That's probably the last place we'd hit.

Well, when or if the US collapses due to China's ecomonic warfare, I will buy a rifle, ammo, and some tools. Then I will move to the woods, build a home, and hunt deer for the rest of my life. I can see that the Chinese aim for global economic domination and have no issue with taking the US down. I hope that they dont figure out that one good EMP blast over the US could destroy us completely and take our military advantage to nil.

...what? An EMP blast doesn't have a big enough radius to hurt us that bad. Besides, emp blasts don't always permanently damage the electronics do they? I was under the impression it just shut them down and they had to be reset.

I believe that EMP blasts permanently destroy the electronics. At least, that was my impression. Even if an EMP blast just shuts doen electronics for a time, it would make us vulnerable to attack at that time at least. Even if they didn't use EMP, they could easily hit the power grid, as it is not all that well protected to my knoweledge. I'm pretty sure your right about the EMP blast having too small of a radius, but a well targeted blast against the right things could easily hurt us badly. I personally wish the US would just go isolationist (don't get me wrong, I support Bush on Iraq and am a republican, but over the long haul, we need to become self-sufficient)

When you ask how many countries did China invade, better count it a little better. It was china that was behind the Korean War, and it is often China being involved in spreading Communism in Asia. China also invaded Mongolia.

I think the better question is how many countries did China Help and how many countries has the USA Helped?

I think all important US military bases (nuclear) are protected against EMP. Plus you forget our submarine counter strike.

Read up on Xinjiang and Tibet. 1/3rd of their country is stolen. I've found in my visits to the country that the Chinese are some of the most bigoted people on Earth. They despise foreigners; especially Westerners.

Some Western scientists were doing research near Lop Nur because of some archeological findings that related to an ancient Indo-European society in Western China. The Chinese army would not let the researchers out. They said, "would this prove that the white man was in China?". The researcher said maybe and they destroyed all the artifacts. Lop Nur is now a nuclear testing site. A travesty.

The Chinese also always seem to forget that their modern culture was pretty much shaped by an Indian man; Gautam Buddha.

Buddha was not an Indian (hint: he was from a small country that's next to India) and the ideology that shaped China was Confucianism not Buddhism.

Don't know what's wrong with you. You must been a jerk like many American tourists over there or anywhere else. Average Chinese have no issue with Westerners. Anyways, how much of the Americas were stolen from the Indians (the feather not the dot)? Lets say.......100%.

Try to do the samething in White Sand, Los Almos or Area 51, the US military would tell you to f- off too. Gees, wonder why they're so up tight just because it's their nuke test site? Right.....

Here's another hint for you: there are and always has been white people in China. The only one that makes a big fuzz about it is you......like you have ever actually been to China.
