Ok, a refresh, I bought THIS card:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/GTX970-4GB...E-VGA-HDMI-For-NVIDIA-GeForce-LN/163063687862
And it shows up as a "Nvidia GTX 960", with "4096MB" memory.
What gets me, though, is according to GPU-Z sensors tab, core clock and shader clock are not the same, and it shows up with "192 Unified Shaders".
Also, on the backside of the card, there is no ram soldered on the pads, although there are spots for them.
So, is this a glorified 1GB GTX 550(ti)? Seems like it.
Can't mine crypto worth a (bleep).
I figure a real GTX 960 ought to be able to, at least a little.
Edit: Yeah, AVOID!
Btw, this card can only do 1080P, it won't seemingly do 4K UHD, like my GT630 (real) / GT730 cards will do.
