ok, I want Chinese food but am stuck in a rut and tired of ordering the same things.Help me order !!!

Ya, but you think they could at least sound it out, as I understand it Gai is pronounced like the letter G.

spicy salt pork chops or shrimp or squid (calamari). The pork chops, shrimp or squid is lightly coated then deepfried and later sauteed with jalapeno peppers, green onion and some seasoning.

Shrimp w/ candied walnuts. Don't know how they make this but it is very good.

How many people are you feeding?

For 2 - 3 people:

Hot and sour soup or Three flavor sizzling rice soup and any 2 of these entres:

Orange chicken (better yet tangerine, if they have it). Ask for extra orange peel. It's amazingly good.
Beef with broccoli
Three flavor kung pao or szechwan (usually shrimp, chicken and beef or pork)
Mu shu pork (comes with hoisin sauce -- a sweet plum sauce)

Agreed. Another good choice.

The most important thing you must learn to say in Mandarin is Bu yao way jing. I'm not sure of that spelling, but it means, Don't use MSG. :Q
