"General Tso" was a real person, but "his" chicken is an American dish.

I like "Seven Treasures" better myself (it's an everything stir-fry with tons of different meats and fish), but there is nothing wrong with the General!

Shrimp lo mein, shrimp egg rolls, and some fried noodles. Some of those friend noodles seem more like they're actually baked, so they're dry. The good fried noodles are the ones that seem to ooze oil when they're chewed.

Chicken and garlic sauce. Anything with lots and lots of veggies.

general tso's is always good and lemon chicken is usually good as well

- fried squid heart
- garlic sauce eggplant
- kung pao chicken

I won't bother listing my real favorites because only people from around the shanghai area would know what I speak of
