I am not and have not defended communist China at any point. In fact, my very first post I stated that the mainland Chinese have this "ugly" stigma attached to them. But I don't judge 2+billion Chinese people simply on this "ugly Chinese" stigma.

If you want facts, let's talk real actual facts. How well do you know the Chinese? How many Chinese have you met and interacted with? Do you know anything about the Chinese besides the facts you read about them?

I live in mainland China. They are rude. The Chinese know it. The govt is even trying to teach manners. UncleWai a poster in this thread is most likely a Hong kong asian or at least lives there. He also says Chinese people are consistently rude. Our sample size of the Chinese is huge. These types of stories are extremely common and consistent. Cutting in line, pushing, not giving personal space, cutting you off in traffic, spitting inside homes and restaurants is just the way they grew up and now act.
I don't hate the Chinese. But there are some things about them that many people see as rude and uncultured. THE CHINESE KNOW THIS ABOUT THEMSELVES. Neighboring countries all complain about how uncivilized Chinese tourists are. China and Thailand just recently made a deal where its really easy and cheap to take vacations to Thailand. It wasn't long after that a Thai person posted viral what its like being in an airport with Chinese people. Pushing, shoving and cutting in line. China later reported it in their own news.

Its just common. Doesn't mean you hate them but you sure need to control your emotions when you are around them or its just way too easy to get angry.

I studied in the States and moved back to work in Hong Kong. I love and am proud of traditional Chinese culture. It is an extreme minority that the younger generation of Chinese possess any traditional values. It is a shame that the commie chinese committed a cultural genocide (suicide?) on their own.

Give you an example, many of neighbors come from the Mainland, and we are in a decent community. These families let their children run and shout like wild animals, never greet anyone, speak in their Mandarin dialect instead of assimilating to Hong Kong's main dialect of Cantonese. The parents brought their children to HK because they knew China is a shithole, yet they do not respect the local culture. This is a reocurring theme which happened in Tibet, Guangdong province, Shanghai.
Each part of China, including Hong Kong, have their local cultures. The commie Chinese exodus is killing off these unique cultures, and ironically this is the goal of the CCP.

In disneyland here, when we queue up, you will often see a chinese kid rushing forward skipping the line. Then the parents would pretend to look for their children and skip the line. This is selective ignorance and these new commie Chinese is a master at doing this.
