Really? "Sucks?"/end threadNo because Chipotle sucks.
No because Chipotle sucks.
Only because you know what real Mexican food tastes like./end thread
NS1 should be ashamed given he's in SoCal too. I mean, Chipotle or Poquito Mas? There's no comparison dude.
If I lived near a Chipotle, I would do this and nothing else.
Your turn, Quebert...
Really? "Sucks?"
Compared to what, out of curiosity?
Isn't it 27 paid burritos (or $6 equivalents?)
Each month you need to purchase 11 times, with 2 of the 3 free entrees counting towards those 11, so that makes 9 paid burritos? 9x3 = 27.
It's not clear if the 3rd free burrito for hitting hot status can be used in the next month's "mild" status.
Tacos on the top pic look good, bottom pic, NOPE. Almost looks like a fucking Gyro, repeat, almost.
I can pretty much guarantee they are the best ensenada style fish tacos in SoCal

What does Mexican food have to do with it?
As much as ATOT loves to pretend they are food snobs, most of you appear to have the palate of a 7 year old.
Haven't been back since the food issues, this won't change anything. If I go back it won't be to eat a ton of food to get something for free.
It tastes just fine, isn't "bland", and price seems more or less on par with expectations. More expensive than Taco Bell, a bit more expensive than Taco John's, less expensive than a sit-down place.compared to good tasting food. There are cities where Chipotle is the best tasting Mexican food, but that still doesn't mean it good tasting. I was in a BFE town where the best pizza was Little Caesars, does that make it good tasting? Chipotle's bland, overpriced and not authentic. I can deal with overpriced and non authentic, but I can't deal with bland, especially when it's overpriced and non authentic.
This.
I also find it funny how it is practically "cool" here to hate on Chipotle so hard. Not good enough to just not care for it, you gotta HATE it and compare it to "xyz" place while you're at it. Oh, bonus points for exaggeration too.
I have't eaten there near as much as I used to but mainly because I got lazy and didn't want to drive the extra distance there (extra 5 min trip). It is easily a healthier option than my other common lunch menu items though.
