Yeah, it was different days. Went on the first day, July 1st, and asked for the card at the register as I was paying. I thought the cashier swiped it along with my order, but he may have just handed it to me, or it didn't register when he swiped it. The receipt doesn't say it was swiped, but I didn't know it would since it was the first time. Then I registered the card later and it said I had no visits. The email I got from Chipotle said they added the visit, but won't be able to do it again, which I understand since it could be abused. I'm satisfied with the result though because it was purely trust and good service, since I had paid in cash, so there was no record of the transaction to look up, and they didn't ask to see the receipts or anything.

I think the issue is the registration instructions aren't clear. If you just picked up the card on the day of your first purchase, then you haven't registered it yet so it's not active (can't be swiped). Your first purchase counts only after you register your card. I haven't emailed them to count my first purchase yet, but I still have the receipt so I might.
Denny's has really good mayo also. Even the burgers now a days are damn good. I know its hard to fathom since its Denny's.
