Choosing between the 2 Asus Strix 1070

It's a 40 dollar difference but other than the clockmakers, I don't see any physical difference. Should I just get the cheaper one and oc to the higher speed?

You are basically paying extra for the guaranteed overclock boost speed.

I am sure the higher oc card is a bin of the others. So they probably won't go that high.
