I use Crown Skinless Skin, and like them better than any other brand I've tried (Lifestyles, Durex, Trojan).
I've read and heard that spermicide is bad. It can cause reactions on the skin, as has been noted here, and has been shown in various studies (I believe) to not be any more effective at stopping pregnancy than a regularly-lubricated condom. I think it might've also been possibly correlated with cervical cancer in women, but not sure.
The articles about it were on a few of the various condom websites out there, explaining why many of the online stores don't sell condoms with spermicide.
Edit: btw, here's what condomdepot has up about it--
According to the World Health Organization...
? Although Nonoxynol-9 has been shown to increase the risk of HIV infection when used frequently by women at high risk of infection, it remains a contraceptive option for women at low risk.
? Nonoxynol-9 offers no protection against sexually transmitted infections such as gonorrhea or chlamydia.
? There is no evidence that condoms lubricated with Nonoxynol-9 are any more effective in preventing pregnancy or infection than condoms lubricated with silicone, and such condoms should no longer be promoted. However, it is better to use an Nonoxynol-9 lubricated condom than no condom at all.
? Nonoxynol-9 should not be used rectally. ~ Source World Health Organization
