Anyone have any idea what this problem is (see below.)
First, I am using a 6800GT with a ViewSonic LCD VP201s
When I am playing 3D games and facing a large building or other large structures and move left to right rapidly, the sides of the building will chop up and appear to redraw in blocky chunks. This problem is only seen on the side of objects not the whole object. I also experience this outside of games. For example, with an application such as Word, or a web browser opened, in windowed mode, if I grab it and move the window rapidly from left to right, its left and right sides will chopped up at the edge redrawing in steps like choppy blocks.
I ruled out my LCD monitor because I tested this on my old CRT, with the CRT doing it also. Also, I think this problem just started on one of the last few recent Nvidia driver updates but I am not certain, although I am pretty sure I would have noticed it before now, had it always been there.
Did a recent Nvdia driver cause this? Is this maybe a problem with a recent driver and my 6800GT?
Anyone have any idea what is causing the problem? Any setting cause this?
