Good luck trying to find a Christian who not only believes the above, but also act on it. They say the nicest stuff, but rarely ever follow through. Then they condemn you. Christians = hypocrite.

Who in this world isn't a hypocrite in some way or another? Were all flawed, imperfect. Everyone has once been a hypocrite in one way or another. Besides, what makes believing in evolution anymore outrageous then a higher being? Both are equally unexplainable.

Very few "Christians" actually follow that rule. In most statistics that I have heard (from radio, magazines, and TV), over 90% of all marriages in the US, the couples have already done the deed.

I really don't know about the future of Christian moral upbringing, but I do know it is a constant uphill battle with pop culture.

Evidently "I don't know" isn't an acceptable answer for Scientists either. Instead of saying "I don't know how it happened" they say "well, it just took millions and millions of years for it to happen". Takes some strong faith to believe in Evolution.

Actually it's a really good answer and with things like Dinosaur bones atleast it's got SOME weight to it.

Miracles that don't happen anymore now that we have a much better recording system
a God that used to seek revenge and walk amungst us in the old testamanet then loves us all of a sudden in the New and then comes down again and dies for us, but again in good recording times we have NOTHING

Humans do not like the millions of years idea because it takes away from that "sacred" thought we have about our lives.. we only live 70 or so years so we are SCARED that we won't get to see the next thing. Don't worry when the end comes for you it's just nothingness, you won't feel those emotions anymore cause they will be gone, just like before your birth

i'm pretty sure 'i don't know' is an acceptable answer for christians. unless you've got some insider knowledge.
