Case: Corsair 500r White
PS: Corsair TX750 V2
GPU: EVGA GTX 260
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 LP
Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB
Cooling: Factory heatsink (for now)
Peripherals

I need a Motherboard and CPU, currently I am looking at the i5 2500K at microcenter and a Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 both for $312.45. I am also looking at the ASrock Extreme 3 Gen3. I am not looking to spend more than 350$ on CPU and Mobo.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

The mobo and CPU you have are pretty good choices, and the MC deal is of course killer. Since you don't seem to be a big gamer (i.e. you still have a GTX 260), I would also consider the GA-Z68AP-D3 for $50 less.

Yea I am more of a console gamer, but there are some games like warcraft and starcraft and maybe diablo III.

You won't need dual-GPU for those games, so there isn't really much reason to get a fancy board.
