We've long strongly suspected that the russians were behind the hacks. I don't see that changing anything. Is there some part in the constitution that says an election is invalid if a foreign power revealed email? We can get mad at them for interfering all we want, it doesn't change a thing.

You know this post-election period has been really traumatic for me. Back in HS, we read up on Kubler Ross' grief cycle and there were definitely seven stages in that cycle when we studied it. The two missing stages have got me bummed out and in denial. Searching the web, I see that some writers add Shock as the first stage ahead of Denial which is as I recall from HS. Some add Testing as a stage before Acceptance but I don't recall that one. So now I'll lie awake all night trying to remember the missing stage.Obviously, with this new information, we should have another election.
Perhaps everyone that voted for Hillary needs some antidepressants next.

Notably, the Russians are believed to have hacked both Democrats and Republicans, but conveniently didn't release info from the Republicans.

I've figured all along that they hacked both the DNC and RNC. I've half been waiting for the other shoe to drop, and maybe it still will after the EC votes. If they dumped the RNC emails now and they show that the RNC was just as bad or worse than the DNC (which they would) it could case mass distrust and chaos, which would likely be good for the Russians. Especially since they already got their boy in there.
But then again, republicans wouldn't care what was in them, just like they don't care about Trump doing all of the things they have complained about Hillary doing.

Podesta was a moron that fell for a phishing scam. The DNC, after realizing it was hacked, decided to send EVERYONE (including, yep, the commies) new passwords as a solution. It's not the fault of Republicans that Democrats are total failures when it comes to security.
