CiCi's Pizza Buffet

I don't why why the hell Charter Cable in Southern Cali show commercials for this place a lot. According to their web site they don't have any Cali locations and don't have any plans to come here. Maybe I'm weird but the pizza with the macaroni and cheese on it looks kind of tasty. I could sure go for a pizza + pasta + desert buffet for 5 bucks.

cheap can be decent, I like Shakey's Buffet lunch it's like 6 bucks for pizza + chicken + mojo potatos

I haven't been to a CiCi's in about 9 years. The pizza is ok at best, but its cheap.

I think it is better than the pizza hut buffet. Their cheese bread sticks are heavenly. Other than that the pizza is pretty good. Good enough that you will eat way more than you should and tell yourself that you will never go again because you ate 5000 calories.

i saw the commercials too, 5 bucks is very cheap. i dont know if there are any in the philly area though.

You get what you pay for, but I don't go to the one here because it's constantly full of trailer park trash and their litters of unruly children.

It's pretty decent for the price I think. Definitely lots of trash people there though.

I never made an automatic correlation of low price meaning that the food is good like some of my college friends so I went a few times with those that did and never went again. I'd rather pay $10 for a pizza that I enjoy.

im not a big fan of pizza hut. but pizza hut is at least 3.5 times better than cicis

Last time I went the manager lied to me and said drinks come with a meal, and you couldn't order a cheaper meal (with water). Except the side right next to him said normal price and price without drink.

CiCis sucks anyways.

If you just like quantity over quality, then it's well worth $5 because you can stuff yourself on salad, pasta, pizza and desserts. The pizza is about a 3 on a 10 scale though. But, the few times I've gone in there, I've been disgusted because of the patrons, not the food. It's a Walmart crowd, comprised mostly of dirty kids with no manners running around the place and who's parents obviously do not have any control over. The worst is seeing these nasty kids up at the pizza bar and using their grimy hands to pull apart pieces of pizza. Just nothing quite like seeing some brat pick his/her nose and then go handle the pizza. I've also never been when there wasn't food all over the floor or scattered all over the salad bar (not much of a bar anyway).

It's definitely worth $5, and you get free drinks with a student ID at the Cici's around me. Their pizza leaves a LOT to be desired, and their macaroni & cheese pizza is ****** nasty. However, their salad bar is decent, their garlic sticks/squares are fan-freaking-tastic if you get one with a lot of cheese on it, and their cinnamon rolls are awesome too.

oh hell yeah it's tasty.

The Alfredo Pizza is damn good and that Mac and Cheese one is top notch.

It's worth $5, but the pizza is bearly edible. It's tasteless bread with bland tomato sauce on it and the occasional topping or two. It's one of those places you go if you're starving, have no money, and don't care what you eat.

The pasta doesn't really add to it (except to use alfredo or marinara as pizza dippin' sauce) and the pizza isn't spectacular.

But it's good for $5.

Ah...good point, the variety.

I suppose that's one thing it's got going for it. There are flavors there that other places may or may not have...

Besides those two, other flavors worth mentioning are spinach, taco salad, buffalo chicken, and barbecue chicken

I liked it a lot more when it was $3 and change. For the price the pizza is fine, but I'm not as picky as some apparently are on ATOT.
