circuit city big box PC games $5.00

I got Baldur's Gate II and BG2: Throne of Bhaal for $9.99 each. They didnt have much of anything else.

If anyone can find an extra Operation Flashpoint previously mentioned for $5, let me know. I'd like a copy, but my CC didnt have it.

Several games were marked $4.99, but it doesn't look like all big box ones are marked down. Ones I did see: UT GoTY edition, Sims House Party expansion, Red Faction, Vampire The Masquerade, Madden 2002 and about a dozen others.

Mine had plenty of games- almost all scanned less than marked but the ones that were $4.99 were junk...

One that seemed noteworthy was RTCW- marked $44.99, scanned at $9.99.

Mine had tons marked at $4.99 but they all rang up $29-39. The guy looks at me like I brought my own price label gun and calls over the intercom for security scan check and starts peeling the stickers off and tells me he can't sell them to me so I ask for the manager and he says he is the manager.

I picked up Kohan - Ahriman's Gift (I have never heard of it, but it looked pretty cool), FIFA 2002 and Madden 2002 for $5.00 each.

They had Dark Age of Camelot for $15 and the BGII expansion for 9.99. Unfortunately, they didn't have BGII where I live. They had several Half Life games (one had a blue cover and the other was orange) for $4.99, but I don't remember the specifics. Neither of the ones I saw were the basic Half Life game, I don't think. Definitely some good deals.

anyway for those of you having problems with the manager look for one of these games that has the small box and show them that the upc is different. the small box ones have different upc's. i would also insist on them calling therir district manager irght then and there. they are scamming you guys and i bet they took all the better games after you left. that just pisses me off that they would not sells them when this is obviously the price they are nation wide. one store here in wichita had them marked the other was clueless but still sold them to me.

I got Aliens vs. Predator 2 and Cossacks for $5 each. I really wanted Kohan, but it didn't ring up as $5 for some reason. The person at the sales desk said that it was a clearance for most of the big box titles, but not all (Diablo 2 was still full price).
