B&M is Brick Mortor. Means the physicall store, not the online version.

i added 5 stores in my area ( 3 max at a time) and all items were in stock for 4/5 stores (Illinois- 60007), but you cant order right now for in store pickup or order online for delivery.

I think the idea is to place and reserve an order at the opening time tomorrow...then walk in and pick it up instead of the lines. My best is CC will not let orders go through this way until after the sale!

anyone know CC policy on call ahead orders?

what if you call the store that has the item on sale @ 6:00am and have it set @ CS for you. thats the same as online orders for store pickup, or 1800 orders for store pickup, but instead of going through call center, call the store directly?

If you get new associates (usually they schedule seniors off or for later in the day), you can call all the places you need items from and have them placed @ CS. Then walk over to CS, and check-out right there, avoiding huge lines and rush for the search of items.

CC blows.. We couldn't even get a decent ad in advance for the store. Now that I have the flyer in my hands, I don't see anything that I would've wanted anyway.

I went to the CC B&M this morning looking for the FAR PC133 desktop memory. They were all out by the time I got there. But, before I left the store, I checked the memory area again and there was now some ram there!? I took it to the register and it came up at $54.99 -- not the $59.99 price in the ad. The CSR made some type of correction and the price was now $59.99. After getting home, I double checked the model number because I wasn't real comfortable with what had just happened. Here are the specifics:

Model number of memory in CC ad: 256PC133ONLY

Model number on my receipt: 256PC133ONLY

Model number on my package: 256MBPC133


UPC of memory in ad: ??????

UPC on my receipt: none

UPC on my package: 7 31969 20052 0


Can anyone you got the memory with the ad model number please provide the UPC number? I'm afarid that the CSR did some kind of override that will result in my rebates being denied because, even though my receipt shows the correct model number, the UPC shows that I purchased the wrong product.
