did you take a look at your receipt before you went into CC? Did you make sure that it was the same things?
I do not appreciate you generalizing CC employees as being "fvcking braindead". We become braindead after dealing with people like you who think that just cause we work in retail, we have to kiss your arse for everything. It's true that everyone deserves to be treated well with respect but it has to come from both sides. Once a person thinks that he or she is better than the other, then that's where the conflict comes about. True, you bought the product from CC and you have a right to be able to return it. Like it was stated before, no one knows about you and your purchase history when you walk into the door of CC. Since you say you go there all the time, why didn't you just try to get the person that sold it to you and see if he or she remembers selling it to you and the problem would have been resolved easier. Profanity and rudeness has no place in dealing with people. in order to get what you want from people, you need to be nice. and if you can't be nice, be prepared to get nothing. Since you're so quick to generalize, what makes you so sure that just cause you're an engineer of some sort, that makes you better than anyone else that isn't an engineer? The title of a job is just a title...it's how you use what you have in your head that counts. Being a CC employee doesn't mean that we are incapable of thinking for ourselves. if anything, it's a stepping stone to become an engineer like yourself. Or maybe even a well mannered and respect engineer. I thought once you become an educated person, having gone through so many years of schooling, you would pick up manners and being socially acceptable, but i guess they only teach from the textbook. my guess is that you were studying too hard to become an engineer that you didn't do anything else like socializing in society. Thats why you still have that mentality that people who work at CC or in retail are incompetent. You will never understand people with that kind of mindset. You are too closed off to the world and it's rich culture. We are all different and you just want to understand it in your small world. remember, just cause you think it's right, doesn't make it right and when dealing with people, you got to know how to talk to them. People make mistakes and I'm sure you do too. If you don't want to deal with the heat when you make a mistake, then don't get down on people so hard when they make one too.
