I got an EVGA with rebate on February 15. I am still waiting for the rebate!
EVGA says call the rebate company. The rebate company says "you have to wait another 30 days"!

I think the Dell deal is better for the XFX. For me after tax (free shipping both places) the Dell ended up costing about $7 more without a rebate versus the CC with rebate. $7 is worth it for me to not deal with a rebate considering I'm still waiting for a PNY video card rebate (I just know I'm gonna end up filing some complaints with various agencies) and I've spent over $10 on long distance and postage (certified, etc.).

Go to EVGA.com and click on the step-up link.
You have to register an account and input your cards serial number. Just follow the directions step by step.

I did it and am very happy. When the card you wish is available they email you with a request for payment. If it clears they send an RMA authorization and you ship the old one in. It takes a few days of processing, but they ship back 2-day air. Then you have a nice new video card. I went from a 7800GT to a 7900GTX, which is actually a decent performance boost. And I got full MSRP credit for the old card. No restock fee. No depreciation.

Good deal overall.
