Circuit City Price Matching - UPDATE: Got it!

as the $95 price? I know they say they don't do rebates or special promos but I am willing enough to buy it for the $130 advertised price if possible. So can I go in there with this printed out and get it for atleast $130? If not what do they need as proof?

UPDATE: HAHA! I went to Circuit City and the guy checked up mwave.com for the price and PM'd it for me with an extra 10%!

So it came down from their $200 to $84!


This may work with the Z-5500 that Mwave has for 190 if Circuit City carries it.

How about their advertised retail price of $130? How do I show proof that they sell this item for that price at their retail store? Mwave has a physical store you can go to so it's not like a only-online retailer like Newegg.

yeah I saw that, but they still don't tell you what you need to show them their advertised price and that's what this thread was about. I don't want to go there for no reason then bug them about it.

a circular is an advertisement available at local stores advertising stuff on sale. look up mwave's website and find the store's phone number. call them up and see if it's the same price. then you can go to CC and hope they'll be competent enough to call them to give you a PM.

yes, like I said, I read that. So basically you need to bring in a physical AD? I was wondering if there was any other way to do it. This store is located in my area and has that system for $130 advertised price. I was asking how I would show them that.

I done it before and they said they can do it, HOWEVER, they will match their price PLUS over night shipping charge.

Since you can have the product on the spot, the manager said under the situation, it's only fair when you match the price with overnight shipping.

Although I don't get what I intended to do, but I still found this manager to be cool.
