Just an FYI..i filled this out about a week ago - i imagine they'll send the coupons after the survey is closed. I've received them in the past this same way...

They said at the end of the survey

"You will receive a discount coupon code for 50% off the suggested retail price of Cisco Press books to use on ciscopress.com. The online survey ends April 25; we will send your discount code via e-mail by May 7."

Just have to wait until the 7th, I guess.
