I quite enjoyed it.

I was drawn to the dystopian future concept, & while not at all perfect, i still felt it was a good flick.

The visual style of the movie was beautiful as well IMO...

The three of us who went all agreed right off the bat it reminded us of Bioshock in some ways.

Anyone else checked it out?

edit: haha I didn't see your reference to Bioshock, but the trailer definitely made me think of it right away.

Yeah it does have a Bioshock feel to it. Looks pretty cool. And I'm always down for a future dystopian flick.

I read the novel. It was pretty good.

I quite enjoyed it. It made me really want a good Steampunk movie, as a lot of the technology they had reminded me quite a bit of something steampunkish.

It is most definately a kids movie, so if you go into it with that expectation you should enjoy it.
