32/33. On question 33, I was just careless. I saw A, and said 'no debt isn't right, it's no deficit but you can still have debt', but rejected the 'right answer' too quickly and assumed that they had written the question poorly and picked debt anyway. When I read the right answer, it is right, but it's a forumlation I've never seen before that seems pointless. Oh, well, my fault for not reading more carefully.

Got 28. And I fell into the #33 trap as well -- took "debt" for some reason to mean "budget deficit".
