CL ad services

I know CL doesn't allow ad services to post for you, but has anyone used the html ad services to help design ads?

I saw an ad that used the "Saw It Online" service, and seen some others...

Scam/waste of money. Tip: if a website has a giant moving talking person don't trust it.
