I think the whole song - more of a skit, really - is called Cheech and Chong's Christmas Song. The song that Cheech is trying to write in the skit is called "Santa Claus and His Old Lady". It's also the name of the Comune ol' Santa formed when he, the old lady, and the midgets got thrown out of the projects.
