The furniture, plates, etc. that were took was mostly bought by taxpayer funds therefore its not stupid for Americans to be pissed off. I can't stand to watch my money being wasted. This is for republican tactics and democratic tactics.

The money he wasted while he was in office while be was covering his "arse" was reckless and does not fit the Presidential seat/position. Then he wants to rent out a whole floor of Car. Hall for $800000 year...give me a break. I think the NY office that he is looking at now is still to much.

First off I'm not for Bush, I'm for the person with best view on the issues.
Secondly, I think Gore had character, but I don't share his views on issues.

Now with that said:
Clinton helped the economy? Was is not idiotic .com's that raced the economy skyward, and where are they now, and where is the economy?

Clinton was not going to be impeached for sex in the whitehouse, he was in trouble for lying to a GRAND Jury. Something that would put regular peep's like us in jail for a minimum of 5 years if convicted. This is severly WRONG no matter what side you are on, excluding anarchists of course.

Crime Rates are not down, they are still averaging the same per capita as they were 60yrs ago.
Society determines it's own crime rate, not legislators(which the president is not).

Please reply minus flames, only logic and fact.

<< Clinton is without a doubt the best president the U.S. has had in modern times. He did more good things for this country than the last 5 Republican presidents combined. >>

Anyone care to offer one or maybe three specific good things that Clinton has done for this country than the last 5 Republican presidents combined?

People also seem to forget that Clinton had 4 of his budgets shot down by congress. One was voted down 435-0 in the house. People give him credit for the balanced budget, but he didn't have much to do with it from what I remember.

He got lucky and rode a wave of economic prosperity, but he didn't create it.

Now where was I...........................? Wait a minute someone's at the door..................Ah I have to stop replying to this post now..............I am okay, but......................Olie North is standing here with a AK47.....................I am leaving now, I gotta go to church.............Olie says Jerry Falwell is preaching on love. Oh well, thank god for the republican way of things. If they don't agree with you shoot'em. "Damn Olie you got here quick" "No I don't have tape recorder, Olie."

<< And still they come. Faceless, Factless and Dumbfounded. The Republicans.

They can't dispute the good he did for the country so they try (in vain) to attack his character or personal life.
>>

BWAHAHAHAHA! Gotta love this line of reasoning. The staunch left-wingers try to say that Republicans are factless, and there's not disputing the "good" that Clinton did. But let's see a list of the good things he did. I'd love to see this incredible list that makes Clinton the best president we've had in decades.

Entertaining president? Yes. Good president? No.

Well, well, well.

It seems I forgot to check the profile for one of the Clinton appologists. Classy is a known entity and I disagree vehemently with his world view, but I respect his right as a citizen of this country to express it. I just ignore it.

On the other hand there is TheTrueEqualizer.
A new troll, a foriegn troll, and like most bowl floaters showing a propensity to open his mouth before engaging his brain.

Of course if this had been Japan, the prime minister would have resigned as soon as the scandals had come to light. A truely honorable act in an honorable culture. I won't judge an entire culture and country by the POS that seems to have infected this board.

poor tiger, ran out of ideas for reinforcing his arguements.. how sad

Bushlite is suck! :Q

or should i say Bushlite is a thief(election is much worse then furniture), and a moron.

I'm pretty sure reporters are happy to still have stories from clinton, because listening to bushlite talk is torture for any rational human being. People around the world see our illigitimate president and wonder why he's talking so slowly, with words he garbles so badly. Its not even a freakin texas accent, its a twisted version. His brother came out so well.. worked his way up, i feel so bad for him.

Tony the Tiger

Your darn skippy I am an Entity. And last time I checked I don't ever remember discussing my world view with you either. You and the rest of the right wing nutts need to sit down and have a bowl of Frosted Flakes and shut the hell up. Always whining about Clinton or something. Just shut up and get something done.

"Clinton was impeached for having to lie about something he should have never been asked in the first place."

Huh? Perhaps he should not have been asked, and I happen to think that the man's personal life is none of my business, but the question was legal if not polite, and he lied about it. I can't quite see the logic of *having* to lie -- no one has to do that. Certainly not to a grand jury, no less. As for the rest of us? We'd be in jail. :frown:

Zuchini the rest of us would've been smart enough not to have anything to do with Paula Jones in the first place. You try to make it seem like they just pulled the guy into the grand jury with out any cause or legal importance. You know you Clinton supporters aren't doing that well, at least the rightwing trolls are pretty good at it. Maybe you need more practice? Back to the aol chatrooms for now I guess.

If you guys were getting "oral" pleasure instead of fixing computers I'm sure your boss would be asking you questions, if not, firing your butt.

<< One was voted down 435-0 in the house >>

This has got to be the funniest things anyone has said in this thread. (Although classless with his empty rhetoric comes a close second anytime he opens his mouth.) Did we have 435 Republicans in the House? Wow, must have missed that. No? Oh, then you're saying Clinton could not find one single Democrat, Republican, or Independent legislator who agreed with his budget? Not one? How strange.

Well, I'm sure Clinton had the best interests of the country at heart. He always does. It's just that the vast right-wing conspiracy is vaster by far than anyone ever imagined.

LOL!

"The rest of us would never have been asked the question. "

Sorry, my english is turgid. What I meant was that if any of the rest of us were caught lying to a grand jury we'd be incarcerated. It wouldn't matter what the question was.

would a grand jury be assembled to politically assassinate you? probably not, i'm starting to forget why they were investigating him in the 1st place. The question about his relationship was out of line.. he made the mistake of answering it.

Had he been a better president on the ethical front the nation may have allowed him to take those items. But it's not in our nature to give criminals our stuff willingly.

Now, now, Red -- let's just stick to the facts, shall we?

Zucchini - I agree (again) that his personal life is none of my business. Nonetheless, he was in front of a grand jury, the question was legal (I guess) and he did evade it without invoking the 5th (I'm not sure that he could have invoked, actually....). I just can't bring myself to believe that this was ok.

HERE! HERE!!!

Red - Thanks, I think!!! Just kidding

I don't like to see people wasting our money (thats yours, mine, democrats, repubs). We work hard for it, and to have some goon taking advantage of us really irritates me.

I have always respected our President's and I know they make mistakes, but I don't understand how American's, Educated American's at that, who fought for our freedom in many wars, will elect a man who dodged the draft. I guess thats been my beef all along. I can tell you guys one thing...I honor the President (any one of them), but my God they should be the first person willing to lay their life on the line to keep and defend our freedom.

All I saw was 2 years wasted on that disasterous health care proposal followed by 6 years of nothing being done by either side. Probably the best thing that happened to Clinton was having a Republican majority in Congress and vice versa. The resulting gridlock ensured that not much happened for the next 6 years. Then again all the postponed problems may yet come to haunt the current administration.

Its amazing. You know nothing about me. And if because I disagree with you and others it disqualifies me from being "friends" with any of you, then so be it. I surely wouldn't want any of those friendships. Its a lot of followers here. People who will go along with the masses to have some sense of belonging, even if the masses is wrong. But me I'm different. I would rather be honest and have 1 person accept me as a friend, than be a kiss @ss phony and have 1000 people "call" me a friend.
If a friendship requires a person to always be in agreement no matter what the circumstances or situation, that friendship is a lie.
