I'm stalking these Sky Creatures more than ever NOW
It's easy to find the video segments.. THEN
I change the FileName to contain the start point, duration, speed, Freeze info.
Before there was no easy way for me to show these video segments..

I can go out and shoot 60 to 90 short video clips (25 to 30 seconds)
look through them
change the filenames on those of interest
Delete those that have nothing.

When things are this easy.. I shoot more. Lots more.
What a thumbnail feature this is.

With the JetBoat race.. I videoed a JB passing..
The thumbnail starts as the boat approaches.. then switches to slow motion
as it moves away.. The video is Froze for a few seconds..

Being able to show all the important video segments... INSTANTLY is BIG
very big to Us Cloud Critter stalkers.. Yup

The only problem is that NOW I have thousands of video that need name changes.
The sad part is that .. the Spectate app had the ability to use Long FileNames like forever.
Just recently it dawned on Me how important these long names are.. Dang.

There is no better way to peruse your video horde, than random thumbnail action.

Hey this is a very scientific study of Cloud Critters..
NOW I can shoot lots of video..
AND identify the position in the file to start, how fast and where to freeze play..
IN the long filenames... long filenames... remember 'em

Before it was almost hopeless to keep track of those spots and have them play back.

When I can randomly look at hundreds of these ThumbNails... It's easier to identify Birds, Bugs (not so easy) and other stuff.
I'm pretty sure nobody has the capability to do this better than Ol' Spectate. Nope.
The naysayers are wrong..

I'd sort of left the fast forward option.. because I didn't have a need..
Now that I'm thinking of Hunting Sasquatch with video.. I'll want it.
The plan is to video a distant ridge in the morning and evening..
A couple hours early and another couple hours later...

Then I'll fast forward through them in 10 minutes.. Spotting any movements..
Nobody can hide.. from Ol' Spectate.. Not Cloud Critters. Not Sasquatch.
If they Budge we got 'em.
