I had once been on ATS for a some time, that site somehow got me addicted and I don't know why, maybe because the subjects were so different compared to other sites. (Long, long ago I was quite into UFOs and stuff and I sure read almost any book out there on the topic).

There was only one problem on ATS: The forum is the biggest collection of DUMB people on this planet, which makes P&N or OT here look like a convention of Nobel prize laureates in comparison. (I mean it).

Somehow I managed it to stay away from ATS since I simply couldn't stand it any longer feeling like the one of about just 5 "smart ones" amongst a bunch of people with an IQ of 30. (Needless to say, potential interesting fields like UFOs etc. don't exactly 'benefit' from attracting so many really stupid people).

As for the OPs video, I watched and especially closely between 62 and 74 where he claims something going on, which is clearly bugs. I mean it moves like bugs, behaves like bugs, looks like bugs..so what should it be?

The rest of his videos, birds and in one which looks like a plane.

Aside from that, less than 100 miles away, some amateur landed an aircraft at the capitol. No one saw it coming :^S

They also say they don't have cameras, but the government is crafty with the truth. "Oh, you meant tomorrow also?!". I don't trust them...

Pretty sure the curvature of th earth limits the range of [conventional] ground-based RADAR.

As I understand it, the absolutely saw it coming. They took a risk choosing not to shoot it from the sky.

You need to concentrate on the finger tip sized blur moving across the screen. Fast forward and reverse exposes it much better.

I've watched tons of video artifacts; some behave differently..

It all started when I videoed this mushroom cloud. The same cloud reappeared at the same spot 2 weeks later. These thingies create mushroom clouds!

I extended the play of these clips and noticed strange movements.

Yup I know artifacts better than most...

Looked at the first one and the last one. Using Windows Remote Desktop from my work computer to my home computer, so my frame rate is low and I have no sound, but...

I saw clouds. Just clouds.

I was recording clouds myself last night at 120fps on my iPhone 6 Plus -- but that's because the cloud was actually doing something interesting (extremely frequent lightning). I hoped to capture ball lightning. Still haven't gotten around to deleting them.

It was at night. Do you think you would see something in my recordings if I sent them to you?

What technique are you using to perform the fast forward/reverse ?

I.e. What equipment and/or software.

E.g. (Sony xyz123 etc) Video tape playback ?
(software player xyz123 etc) Digital Video viewer with fast forward/reverse capabilities ?
Etc.

What settings ? E.g. x5 playback fast forward, x3 playback reverse ?

I'd have to detail the exact spots to watch. It isn't easy finding these guys.

Near the end of the archive.org video one object does a 270 degree turn and directly above another moves into the cloud.

If you upload them temporary to archive.org I'd definitely check them out.

I plan on making it an option whereby I just tell it where to start / stop the fast forward along with the other details needed. But for now this works fine.

An option for FastForward and Reverse creates the text above for the complete file and I just use what I need. Ie the 60 to 82 seconds

Being able to fast forward though video is more valuable than I initially realized.

So, there's this thing that was big in the 80s, the GUI, maybe you've heard of it?
