Maybe just due to altitude and proximity? Were they all neighboring states?Except they were seen over several states. Otherwise I too would be inclined to think they were drones. I think it's military or some rich asshole's prank.

You know, people are highly suggestible and will say they saw strange lights if you ask. Did video from other non-contiguous states look like the video we saw from Colorado? If not, ignore them.
