Clock resets on hibernate?

I rebuilt my main system on a new p45 board hoping to get better stability and overclockability than I had with my older nForce650. The new system is rock solid at 3.2 vs the old, which was shaky at 3.0, so I'm pretty pleased with the purchase. My problem is whenever I hibernate the system clock resets to 2001. I've tried turning ACPI 2.0 off and on, updating to the latest BIOS, making sure the latest chipset drivers are installed and more. Anyone have a suggestion?
