Either their definition of clockwise is wrong, or they got the list wrong, because I am definitely left brained. Engineer, math, analytical, unfeeling, all of that.

Awww crap. I thought for sure that I was right, that she was spinning clockwise, and that the rest of you were nuts. Then I scrolled down and focused just on her feet. I was able to switch that around and then slowly scroll up to the rest of her body. Now she's spinning counter clockwise.

Either way, I'm still left brained so it's therefore a dumb test!

Ok I have solved the puzzle! If you imagine that you are looking at her from slightly above horizontal (imagine you're taller than her), than she looks like she is spinning clockwise. If you imagine that you are looking at her from below, as if she was above you and spinning on a glass floor, then it looks like she is spinning counter clockwise. It all has to do with the heel. If you are looking at her from above, you wouldn't be able to see the bottom of her heel if she was spinning counter clockwise.

Same goes for her raised foot. Scroll down until you can just see the foot dropping into and out of view. If you're looking at her from below, the foot would drop into view when it is behind her other leg. If you're looking at her from above, the foot would drop into view when it is in front of her other leg.

So therefore I have determined that this test does not determine left brain/right brain, but rather, your tendency for submission to or dominance over women. If she is spinning counter clockwise, you are pussy whipped. If she is spinning clockwise, you are a wife beater. Way to go, you!

It started clockwise... Until I looked at the shadow...
Now she spins CCW and I can't change it back

Edit: Now she's spinning clockwise again..

I see only clockwise when looking at the picture as a whole.

The only way I can get myself to perceive a counter-clockwise spin is to scroll such that only the very bottom of the foot is visible and then concentrate very hard on the foot (the one that is on the rotational axis) and its shadow which does not fully emulate the shadow that would be cast by an object rotating clockwise. Still, at most I will perceive a quarter-revolution of counter-clockwise rotation before it reverts to clockwise.

This is interesting to me because on every psychological profile I have taken the results have shown near-zero right-brain activity as far as interpersonal interactions are concerned. On the other hand, my spatial perception has always registered incredibly highly; I can look at almost any mechanical system and understand how it works.

It seems that I'm processing abstract visual stimuli (as opposed to systematized visual stimuli like text) almost entirely with the right side of my brain. Very interesting.

Keeps changing. It started out clockwise, then counter....then it kept alternating....mostly clockwise though.

I don't seem to have any control over it. The direction changes randomly.
