Wow. 95.00 AR for a 832. That's hot to me. Surprisingly, I see this same deal posted on those other hot deal forums, with very little chat about it. This case is highly thought of in most reviews. I would have expected lots of talk about it

I recieved my case yesterday. The one thing that I didn't like about it was that the side panels were loose and made lots of noise. I adjusted the top and bottom retainer brackets on each side to make the side panels tighter and that took care of the noise from the side panels. I like the wheels on the bottom of this case... it makes it easier to slide it in and out from under the desk when i'm doing upgrades and modifications and such.

There was a review that complained about the optical drive plastic retainers not holding well.

The plastic retainers leaves cut out areas so that you can screw the drives in also... and you can remove the plastice retainers completely if you want... so it's kind of a moot point.

I'm concerned about the door not closing completely due to my SB Audigy front panel control & my Sunbeam rheostat.
Can any owners of this case comment about clearance between the 5 1/4 bays & the door?

it looks to be about an inch of clearance in front of the 5 1/4" drives and the front door.... with a little rounding when you get to the edge of the 5 1/4" drives (probably about 3/4" spacing at the edges). does anyone concure?

Got it on Friday. Slammed in another 2x 4-in-3s, a CM RP 850W and it's good to go
Kinda wish it had 10x 5.25" bays though (for 3x 4-in-3s + an optical drive).

The best I can tell, the 4 knobs on the Sunbeam protrude about 1/2" & they also are about 1/2" from the edge of the 5 1/4" opening. The Audigy, perhaps, I won't have to worry about after looking at it again. Two knobs <1/2" & ~2" from either side of the opening.
Dang this is tempting, but i'd better hurry & make up my mind.
How is CM on rebates? Will summer get here before the rebate?
How is CM on customer service?

I've gotten the rebates back within a couple of months from power supplies that I've bought from them. I don't know about thier customer services though, I've never had to deal with them.... yet..

I have the Sunbeam rheostat....no problem with the case door closure, but I haven't any info on the Audigy panel. The door has about an inch of clearance from the 5.25 bay covers. It looks like the front of a train. I prefer the case without the door, but am still tinkering with my newest toy.

I just got in on this deal...Decided it's time to put the TJ06 aside...Rather have the 830 & the 832 paired up...That's gonna look a lot better...Great price, considering I paid a lot more for the 830 a year ago...

I've had my 832 for a few weeks now. I don't like the paint job on it at all. Seems very easy to rub the black coloring off.

And the side panes are very loose, even when locked in place.
